Freya Huffman is a Virtual Training Manager and course developer for a fortune 200 company. She has been an adjunct professor for over 10 years at 4 colleges and universities. She has been an entrepreneur for over 20 years. After going through 4 layoffs, she was forced into entrepreneurship right after college. Although she earned a dual degree in Mathematics and Computer Science, she learned the importance of creating a consulting business.

She has created training for Lexus of Augusta, Mercedes Benz of Augusta, the Genesis Group, Aflac, ADP, Authors, Influencers. She has also conducted training for the City of Florence, SC, Dekalb County Hospital, and Antioch Microenterprise Network.

She selected to present at Training Magazine's National Conference on the topic of Virtual Training Design with ROI in Mind and Who Trains the Trainer Who Trains the Trainer.

She is a Career Coach and Resume Building Strategist. She helps professionals rebrand their career and increase their value.

Freya earned a basketball scholarship to Claflin University, has a Masters in Business Administration and Information Technology and completed all but her dissertation for a PhD in Education with a focus in Training and Performance Improvement from Capella University. Freya has been employed in manufacturing, payroll and insurance as a Computer Programmer, an IT Project Manager, Training and Performance Leader, and Training Manager.

She teaches courses in Information Technology, Mathematics, Business Management, Human Resources, Sales and Communications.
